Insurance Account Representative Position available in very established, high producing State Farm Agency – Jeff Genant Agency in the Ballantyne area.

* Position requires internal and external sales and service of Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance policies.

* Property, Casualty and Life insurance licensed and experience preferred (State Farm Experience ideal), but not required.

Candidate competencies required (Important)

• Positive attitude and high-energy a must

• Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, phone

• Exceptional phone skills (no call reluctance)

• Handling objections / Conflict Management Skills
