"I have worked with Jeff for couple of years I believe. He was so nice to get you started with his insurance which every agent is in the beginning but true colors come out during certain situations. I was in an accident on the 14th and he completely could care less , I would call and ask him general questions about the process he talked really fast just to get me rushed off the phone . Doesn’t have the time or patience at all . Not only that , Jeff spoke to me with an attitude and would tell me “ I’m making everything harder than what it is” .I called and left a voicemail during Easter break with knowing they are closed and will get back to me during business hours which was fine to me . Jeff chose to call me back with an attitude as if he was doing me a favor and even said “ I’m calling you on Easter break right now !” I will NOT be talked to in that manner. I changed my agent to someone that will respect me and have patience . Someone that doesn’t mind answering my questions even if it’s many questions to be knowledgeable about the process of claims. Someone that is humble. Without your customers NO agent would succeed at all. I wish (Jeff) the best and many blessings but he definitely wasn’t a good neighbor and wasn’t there patiently or kind. (Reply back comment for Jeff:) I’m not speaking about other representatives that work for the agent, yes they had great customer service and I appreciate those that were kind. I am specifically pointing out Jeff (HIM ONLY) in this review individually. He was rude, with lack of patience and would cut me off while I was talking over the phone. There are other reviews stating this behavior from the past so I’m not the only one with this type of negative response/review. Thank you !"
