I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot, and, for the sake of logistical ease, I was able to have the car titled in the state of North Carolina, instead of Ohio, where my main residence is located. In any event, I had to have my Ohio State Farm insurance policy transferred to the State Farm office in Ballantyne. I called called Sam Andrews and he was able to solve the whole complicated issue inside of one hour and had the necessary FS-1 Form filed with the NC DMV that same day. I am very pleased with the service that I received from State Farm and I will say that with respect to Sam Andrews, his industry and insurance acumen cannot be overpraised!"
